iOS app now live on the App Store

The Punchless technician app is now available on the Apple App Store, joining Android on Google Play. iPhone crews get the same background GPS timecard capture, live status, and job workflow. Managers run everything from the web dashboard on any device.

Companies signing up as HR, payroll, or staffing partners now get routed to a partner-configured workspace with white-label discovery options. Partner accounts support multiple client workspaces under a single admin.

QuickBooks-compatible payroll export

Approved timecards now export as a CSV formatted for direct import into QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Select a pay period, filter by technician, and export. ADP and Gusto CSV formats added in the same release.

Dashboard UI overhaul

Complete redesign of the manager dashboard - stat bars on the crew grid, pulsing status dots, pending timecard count badges, improved map with geofence legend, and skeleton loading states throughout. No functionality changes, all polish.

GPS signal edge cases in dense urban areas

Improved geofence accuracy in downtown environments where signal multipathing caused occasional false exits. The engine now applies a configurable signal confidence threshold before recording a state change.

Stripe billing integration

Tiered subscription billing is now live — Essentials ($29), Pro ($49), and Elite ($79) per user/month. Your plan is chosen at trial conversion. Seat additions during a billing period are prorated to the day. Cancellations take effect at period end.

Time-off request workflow

Technicians can submit time-off requests from the mobile app. Managers receive a push notification, approve or deny from the dashboard, and the approved time-off is excluded from timecard gaps automatically.

Offline mode for poor connectivity

GPS events and state transitions are now cached locally when the technician has no network connection. Events sync automatically when connectivity is restored. No data loss in remote job site conditions.

Custom work-order fields

Admins can now define custom fields on work orders (e.g. permit number, customer PO, unit type). Custom fields appear on the technician's job card and in the payroll export.

Public launch

Punchless is now open. Core GPS timecard engine, live crew map, and timecard review and approval are live, with the Android app on Google Play and the manager dashboard on the web. Start with a 30-day free trial.
