How timecards build themselves

GPS geofence crossings at your shop and job sites trigger four states — at shop, in transit, on site, unknown stop — and the engine assembles a draft timecard from them. No clock-in, no end-of-week guessing.

Review & approve

Managers review GPS-drafted timecards, adjust with a logged reason if needed, and approve. Approval locks the record for payroll.

Payroll export & certified payroll

Export approved hours to QuickBooks (native sync), or to ADP, Gusto, Paychex and any payroll via CSV. Certified-payroll PDF and state-aware overtime and break rules are built in.

Jobs & work orders

Create jobs with an address (a geofence generates automatically), assign a tech, and track them from open to complete. Group field visits under office work orders when you need to.

Customers & portal

Keep customer records with contact, billing and history. On Pro, customers get a self-service portal to view their jobs, invoices and estimates via a magic link.

The technician app

Techs run a background 'work mode', complete jobs with camera photos and checklists, add change orders, capture a customer signature, and log personal mileage.

Estimates & e-sign

Build a line-item quote, email it, and the customer approves or declines from a public link with a typed e-signature — no login. Approved estimates convert to a scheduled job in one click.

Invoicing & online payments

Build and send line-item invoices as a PDF; customers pay by card through a secure hosted checkout (Stripe). Record checks and cash too, and run per-stop or per-month recurring billing.

Price book, memberships & inventory

Keep a reusable catalog of priced services and parts, sell recurring service plans, and track stock and purchase orders.
