The GPS timecard engine is on every plan. The higher tiers add the rest of the office: getting paid, winning work, then scheduling and dispatch.

How this compares

Most field service suites include time tracking. It is still a punch clock.

We are not going to pretend we always win on sticker price. Jobber, Housecall Pro and the rest bundle time tracking into plans that, depending on your crew size, can land near or below what Punchless costs. If the only question is the monthly number, price them out honestly.

The difference is what you get for it. Bundled time tracking is a punch clock: the technician taps in, taps out, and forgets. Then a manager spends the week fixing it. Punchless is the one where the timecard writes itself from GPS and the manager only approves.

What per-user pricing means here

  • One rate per user. No plan tiers gated by crew size.
  • No per-feature add-on ladder inside your tier.
  • No annual contract and no platform or onboarding fee.
  • Deactivate a seat and it leaves the next invoice.

Pricing questions

What counts as a user?+

A user is anyone with an active login in your workspace. That includes technicians in the field and anyone in the office who uses the dashboard, such as a manager, dispatcher, or admin. If your office manager signs in, that is a seat. Most companies are mostly technicians, so the two numbers are usually close, but it is worth counting your office logins before you compare monthly totals.

Do I pay for technicians who are inactive or seasonal?+

No. Billing counts active users only. When you deactivate someone in the dashboard, the seat comes off your next invoice, and reactivating them puts it back. For seasonal crews you can deactivate over the off-season instead of deleting anyone, which keeps their historical timecards intact.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?+

The trial runs for 30 days with no credit card. During the trial you get full Elite-level access, so you can evaluate route optimization and dispatch even if you plan to buy Essentials. When it ends, you pick a plan and subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically, and your data stays put while you decide.

Is there a minimum number of users?+

One. There is no seat minimum, no platform fee, and no annual contract. A solo operator pays for a single seat.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes, at any time, from the billing settings in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, and anything the lower tier does not include becomes read-only rather than being deleted.

Are there add-on fees for the features in my plan?+

No. Everything listed in a tier is included at that tier's per-user price. There is no per-feature ladder and no separate charge to turn on invoicing, dispatch, or the mobile app. The one thing that is genuinely usage-based is outbound customer SMS, which is billed through your own messaging provider.

Do you offer annual billing or a discount?+

Pricing is monthly, per user, cancel anytime. We do not currently run an annual prepay discount. If you are bringing over a larger crew or you are an HR or payroll firm reselling Punchless to your clients, talk to us about partner pricing.

Stop guessing. Start approving.

Thirty days, full access, no credit card. Load sample data and see a week of timecards build themselves before you invite anyone.
