A crew is the group that goes out together, and you tell us how many you run - we never work it out from location data, because then a GPS glitch would become a billing dispute neither of us could settle. A solo truck, one person in one vehicle, counts as a crew at the lower $19 rate. Workers and office logins are unlimited on every plan.
What is in each plan
The GPS timecard engine and your state’s overtime rules are on every plan, including the free one - we gate capability, never correctness. Core adds the rest of the office, Compliance adds the surfaces you need when somebody asks you to prove it, and Prevailing Wage adds public works.

How this compares
Most field service suites include time tracking. It is still a punch clock.
We are not going to pretend we always win on sticker price. Jobber, Housecall Pro and the rest bundle time tracking into plans that, depending on your crew size, can land near or below what Punchless costs. If the only question is the monthly number, price them out honestly.
The difference is what you get for it. Bundled time tracking is a punch clock: the technician taps in, taps out, and forgets. Then a manager spends the week fixing it. Punchless is the one where the timecard writes itself from GPS and the manager only approves.

What counts as a crew?+
The group that goes out together. You tell us how many you run - we never work it out from location data, because then a GPS glitch would become a billing dispute neither of us could settle. A crew of one, one person in one truck, bills at $19 instead of $39.
Does adding a worker cost more?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited workers and unlimited office seats. Adding somebody to a crew never changes your bill. That is the whole point of pricing per crew: the product only works if every worker carries the app, so charging per worker taxed the exact thing that makes it work.
What happens when I add a crew?+
Core and Compliance include two crews, Prevailing Wage includes three. Beyond that it is $39 a month per crew, or $19 for a solo truck. You declare crews in the app and the bill follows.
Do the cheaper plans get the overtime rules wrong?+
No, and we would not sell that. Every plan applies your state's overtime and break rules, including California's daily overtime, double-time and seventh-day premium. What Compliance adds is running more than one state's rules at once, pricing the premiums, locking pay periods, and the wage-claim defence pack. We gate capability, never correctness.
How does the free trial work?+
30 days with full access to everything, including the prevailing wage tier, and no credit card. At the end you pick a plan, or you do not and the account pauses - we do not auto-charge a card we never took.
Is there a contract?+
No. Monthly, cancel anytime. No annual prepay requirement, and no multi-year contract - ClockShark requires three years on every plan, which is worth knowing before you compare headline prices.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, up or down, from the billing page. Your timecards, GPS history and audit trail are unaffected either way.
Do you offer partner or reseller pricing?+
