On top of that we add manager time at 2.5 hours a week and dispute handling at 3 hours per technician per year, both costed at 1.5× the technician rate. Punchless cost is $29 per user per month.
Where 22 minutes comes from. It is our default, not a measured industry figure. Widely repeated estimates put time theft nearer 45 minutes per employee per day, but their provenance is hard to trace, so we start well below them.
