What are guessed hours actually costing you?

How this is calculated. Lost pay is your over-reported minutes turned into hours, multiplied by the wage and the number of technicians. On top of that we add manager time at 2.5 hours a week and dispute handling at 3 hours per technician per year, both costed at 1.5× the technician rate.

Where 22 minutes comes from. It is our default, not a measured industry figure. Widely repeated estimates put time theft nearer 45 minutes per employee per day, but their provenance is hard to trace, so we start well below them. Move the slider to whatever you actually believe about your crew.
